Omni Calculator Privacy Policy — Mobile Application

This Privacy Policy provides information about the processing of personal data of Users of our Mobile Application.

Do we collect data you input into calculators via the Mobile App?

We don't.

By far the most common privacy-related question we get is: do we store the data users input in calculators? The answer is: we neither store nor sell the data you enter into our calculators via our App.

How do we get information?

The personal data is provided by you while you use our Application.

Purpose and lawful basis for processing

We use analytics tools in the App to monitor its performance and improve the user experience. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
We may also process your personal data in order to secure, defend, or pursue claims, in which case the lawful basis for the processing is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

How long do we keep your data?

Personal data processed via the Application will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this Policy or until an effective objection to processing is filed, unless further storage of the data is required by law.

What data is collected through the App?

The App does not require Account creation or login and does not collect personal data directly. The App has access to basic device information and the internet for the purpose of displaying calculators. We use Google Analytics and Google Play Store Analytics for app performance monitoring. These tools may process pseudonymous device identifiers. We do not use the App to identify individual users.

Advertising

The App may display third-party advertisements. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can manage personalized advertising preferences via your device settings or Google Ads Settings.

Who is the recipient of your data?

The recipients of your data are our trusted service providers who provide us with analytical and statistical tools that are used via our App.
Especially, we may utilize the services provided by Google Ireland Limited, with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04 E5W5, Ireland (whose parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States).

Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States, where Google LLC is located. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (under the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which guarantee an adequate level of protection of your personal data.

What are your data protection rights?

Under data protection law, you have rights we need to make you aware of. The rights available to you depend on our reason for processing your information.

You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. This right always applies. There are some exemptions, which means you may not always receive all the information we process.

You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. This right always applies.

You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

You have the right to object to processing if we are able to process your information because the process forms part of our legitimate interests.

This only applies to information you have given us. You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us from one organization to another, or give it to you. The right only applies if we are processing information based on your consent or under, or in talks about entering into a contract, and the processing is automated.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. We have one month to respond to you.
